114 Hunt Street
Durham NC 27701
If you have not joined us before it can be a little tricky to find the first time even though we are in the heart of the Central Park Downtown District. The 100 block of Hunt Street runs between Rigsbee (where ClearVue Glass and Durham Yoga Company are located on the corner of Hunt and Rigsbee) and Mangum Street (near the Saltbox Seafood Joint).
Please be advised that the front of the building is marked by at least 7 steps up, which we recognize is inconvenient for some of our attendees. We have however made sure that there is accessible access in the rear of the building. To ensure that we can accommodate smooth access to this entrance via our private driveway we ask that visitors call approximately 15 to 30 minutes in advance so that we can open the locked gate to the designated accessible parking space in the rear of the building. The office number is 919-827-1436
On Hunt Street coming from Rigsbee you will pass the parking lot for the Durham Center for Senior Living on the right and the LGBTQ Center of Durham is ahead on the left side of the street. There is limited on-street parking available during the day, but in the evenings you are free to park at the Durham Center for Senior Living parking lot.
On the weekends it is pretty safe to park in front of the building, and in the small lot across the street in front of the recycling and trash dumpsters.
Parking is enforced on the street Monday through Friday during business hours so please observe the No Parking signage and rules on the street and use this map as your guide:
