Seven Step Coaching Program
The LGBTQ Center of Durham has partnered with AARP Foundation to support state’s older jobseekers.
The BACK TO WORK 50+ Seven Step Coaching program is a three-week program that addresses the unique challenges LGBTQ+ workers over 50 may face as they look for new work opportunities. In addition to twice-weekly group workshops, participants will get individualized coaching support. The program is offered both virtually and in Durham.
